Joshua W. Sharpe House

Built around 1887 by Joshua W. Sharpe and his wife Sarah Fleming Sharpe and designed by W. Bleddyn Powell of Philadelphia, PA; this Queen Anne style home was purchased by the College in 1942.  It has been used as facutly and student apartments, a faculty club, classroom and meeting space, and for war-related courses and relief work during WWII.  From 1998-2000 it was home to Wilson College's Women with Children Program.  In 2001, after extensive restoration, it became the home of the college president.
